Been a long time since I uploaded anything here, expect that to change! Here's something that's been on my to do list for well over a year, Optimus in an art deco style. It was originally meant to be a collaboration but in the end I did this entirely from scratch which surprised me more than anyone!

You already know how cool I think this piece is JP :D

Would you mind if I added it a group I co-admin?

Nice work! Just wondering if you did this in Illustrator, Photoshop or a combination of the two?

Photoshop - I am a dullard when it comes to Illustrator.

Ha ha! I feel your pain. I'm starting to get my head around Illustrator. I still have to learn how to do those nice gradient textures in Illustrator that designers like Olly Moss do with their work.

I've told you how much I love this, but I'll say it again: One of my top fave PrimelyPics ever. Love the art deco style, love that you Actually Drew(tm) it, love the tagline, love the subject, love you.
If I were to offer one small crit, it's that his, er, manly pelvic center is slightly sloped to one side -- see there at the bottom where it touches the O? *stepping gingerly away from that whole phrase now* Nothing else on his pelvis is tilted, so it looks wrong. And there's a harsh pixely-ness to the line on the left side (his right) of that same area, going up to his leg. It lacks the softness that all the rest of the edges have. I don't think it's just my screen.
It's awesome, bring forth more and post 'em here that we may oggle them!
